Steps I followed
1. Build ESB in the trunk and start it.
2. Go to 'Configure>Features>Feature Management'
3. Add the following repo 'http://dist.wso2.org/p2/carbon/releases/3.2.0/'
4. Click on 'Find Features' button and Not
