I think some of these issue are there because the GReg specific config
files are not getting copies during feature installation. Need to make sure
that the config files under repository/conf AND repository/resources gets
copied. Also note that registry.xml includes several handlers in the GReg
pack

Seems like P2 repo is not compatible with chunk2 builds, we have observed
following issues when testing the P2 repo and Greg.
- Cannot install AppServer features to the Greg [1] from P2 repo.
- Startup errors when installed the Greg features to Carbon server[2].
- Created Greg pack is unusabl
