I talked with Kishanthan and he mentioned that Carbon team has the
responsibility to release depending on the requirements like when releasing
service packs etc.

Sorry to inform you that 4.1.0 project has been disabled and deleted.
As a practice once a project is released it is removed from bamboo.
Currently we are running 4.2.0.

already integrated to the Bamboo.
