Hi Isuru,
I tried this locally by adding to the SvnPassword to cipher-tool.properties
and cipher-text.properties and then ran cipher-tool.sh -Dconfigure and it
encrypted without any issue.
cipher-tool.properties:
Carbon.DeploymentSynchronizer.SvnPassword=repository/conf/carbon.xml//Server/Deploym
