Hi, We have shared the same user-store and permission-store between APIM publisher and gateway nodes.. But the tenants created from publisher node, cannot log into the gateway node. But, if you log in to the gateway using the super admin , tenants that created from the publisher can be seen under

Hi Dinusha, We store some information like activation flags etc in the registry, so you need to share the registry. In a typical deployment the pattern is to share the governance registry across all the services (AS, DSS, ESB) etc and share the config registry across the service cluster .. as in
