[WIP] chore/centralize maven pom versions
I am trying to centralising versions of libraries, plugins in pom.xml. (I
need powerful CI to test this PR continuously)
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/1ambda/zeppelin
chore/centralize-maven-pom-versions
