windows is not very well supported platform at the moment, but you can see
that other people on this list got that working before [0].
What NotebookRrepo storages [1] do you have configured in zeppelin-site.xml
?

Hello Experts.
Recently I move to windows 10 from ubuntu.
So I have to remake zeppelin development environment in my computer.
Unlike Zeppelin install in ubuntu, Installing in Windows 10 has some troubles.
I had a log for error. But I couldn't know what happened.
