On windows maven command {code}mvn clean install -DskipTests{code} creates
corrupted tarballs.
In zookeeper-assembly/pom.xml <tarLongFileMode>posix</tarLongFileMode> causing
the problem. Many use Windows as development environment. it would be better
if we can make tarLongFileMode property configurable or select based on OS.
