I agree on that, but it really is missing the point.
I am not talking about end-user updates.
It would be sufficient if it was possible to self build. No need to preserve
data. Currently only 1.1 really works, as with 1.3 you experience a lot of
browser crashes. So i wont even try to build 1.4.

Can people who know what devices are in which tier please update:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Firefox_OS_build_prerequisites
I'm told in #b2g on IRC that otoro is no longer supported, despite that main
build prerequisites page currently saying otoro is a tier 1 platform.
While i aprechiate the tips and the ongoing discussion, noone seems to
answer the question really. If there are any plans - please share them.
Otherwise you convey the message that the zte open is a dead project.
If it is so, it would be nice to come forward and at least tell us, so we
could move
NOTE: If you are trying to flash gecko and/or gaia on the build, please use the
eng (user debug) version. [ Bug 1007206 ]

I faced the same issue. It seems that you are under proxy-server. Try
logging using internet.iitb.ac.in and sync again.
