[b2g] App: importer for ownCloud contacts

I wrote an extremely minimal app to import my ownCloud contacts into my fxos device. Posting here, in case it's of use to others: https://github.com/andrewppace/vcard-json For some reason, the existing apps didn't see the vcf file on the internal storage, or would just hang trying to import it.
