builds from mozilla central at 1am PT instead of 4am PT for B2G.
This will mean they are available earlier in the afternoon for the teams in
Europe.

for ZTE Open C FR and EU (eBay)
In other words, if you bought your ZTE Open C in France or from a ZTE
retailer on eBay you can now install beta, aurora and nighlty builds.
