Agreed about merging the IRC channels. Gregor brought up a good point about dev-gaia and dev-b2g, that we should leave them open to allow people to post there so we can push them over to use dev-fxos. Then we can mark dev-gaia and dev-b2g as read-only in a week or too. We will also need to update
