what does fastboot devices tell you? And the output of lsusb? It may
be that your phone is still in fastboot mode.
Which base image did you use? v180 or v188? Did the flash script really
ran through?
I had the same problem (Thundersoft logo):

You then need to run:
sudo udevadm control --reload-rules
and unplug and replug the usb cable.

update with the move from 1.3 to 2.0 yesterday.
I'm not Nino but I would have expected some security updates that fix
security issues that have occured since the base image (in my case v188).
