Is there a post mortem somewhere about yesterday's infrastructure issues?
What's going on?

There was an infrastructure failure today that caused all of the trees to
be closed. Things seem to be recovering, but I'm closing Gaia until we know
we're safe to reopen.

Sounds like a question for James Lal's team. I would think that the main
blocker is getting all of our tests moved over to a KK or Lollipop-based
emulator. Which I would guess is lower in priority than Taskcluster.

NPM is misbehaving so all our builds error. Because we can't see if a
commit introduces problems, I'm closing the tree.
To reopen it, we need to either wait for npm to be ok again or find
another way to load our dependencies. I'm not very familiar with npm so
any help is appreciated.
