Gaia is nearly completely standalone and details like this don't matter.
Gecko does not directly require backup files, but certain libraries which it
does depend on might not link without these files.
Full flashes change everything. There's only a small set of files actually
recycled from the b
Currently the build system unconditionally does a backup on the first build.
Is that backup needed for gaia or gecko builds?
If I do a backup, build then and a full flash, is the only thing that
is changing on my phone gaia and gecko since I'll be reflashing the
original libraries that I backed u
