Antti,
We should review our LDAP docu at some point.
SUPPORT-748 along with a couple of other support issues (see tags) shed some
light on a bunch of shortcomings of the module. Same goes for recent issues
with <customer>.
Some of them are being addressed by the upcoming 1.4.1 release (see MGNLLDAP),
some are "simply" configuration issues - which is admittedly not very intuitive.
