Right now the bootstraps found in STK are generated by the migration module
version 1.1.2.
In order to align configuration of a fresh instance and of a migrated instance,
the configuration of STK generated by the migration module must be exported and
added to STK.
h5. How to do it
First migration 1.2.1 must be finalized.
Take a the latest 4.4.x and migrate it with migration 1.2.1 to 4.5.8.
Export the config of STK and add it to the mgnl-bootstrap folder.
