Pages App: generated preview images are rendered wrong - appear to miss CSS and
images

The image displayed in the preview area in the action bar does not look like
the actual page. (likewise with the thumbnail images in the thumbnail view)
They look like the CSS and the images of the file have not been applied. Maybe
there is a timing issue when the images are generated that the css and images
have not had time to load properly - or maybe the paths are incorrect.
Note, in list or tree view - to see the generated preview image: Select a page.
Click "Create preview image" action. Select a different page. Re-select the
desired page. You might have to wait a little while.
