Version 3 of the forum was introduced with Magnolia 5; version 3.3 now allows
to really use the forum together with Magnolia 5.
Version 3 cannot be used with Magnolia 4.5, amongst others its admin-UI is a
„typical“ M5 app which will never run on M4.5.
