The parens "should" have the email but it's not displaying properly - the
functionality works so it's lower on the list of fixes while we iron out
some other wrinkles. :)

Find the transfer in "View Orders in Progress" At the bottom of the
viewing page there should be a link to resend the email.

I just went to change my password on the resellers' site, and
I noticed that the change password page doesn't require the old
password. This is in general a really bad security decision, and
I'm wondering why OpenSRS is doing it. Hopefully it's just an
oversight?

Yes, you (as an end user) can contact us (support and or compliance). We
have procedures for this.
However, we would follow up with the RSP to see why they were
*unavailable*.
We generally frown on RSPs being *unavailable*. Fortunately, it is not a
big problem to date.
