Since I frequently email this list after it's too late to send most comments on W3C specifications (during the formal vote on a Recommendation), I figured I may as well send a note here about some specifications that are currently in last call, which is the phase when the group producing the spec thinks it's good, and really wants anyone who disagrees to tell them now. (The comment deadlines are often flexible, especially if you ask.)
