Because I don't want to gate making things better for IDN-in-.com users
on the completion of a patch I'm not writing.
Related to this, does someone have a list of interesting non-test
sites that actually use IDN TLDs? I need a list of IDN domains for
test purposes to exercise some code, and some live web pages that
link to them.
After all the implementation effort, there don't seem to be all
that many IDN domains.
