If you are using cygwin, you must use all cygwin tools, including
cygwin's make.exe . You can't use the make / gmake from moztools in
conjunction with a cygwin setup.

is now INVALID you would have to re-call setServerCert or
setServerCertNickname first and configure the new cert.
