[JS-internals] For now, please tweak CLOBBER when touching anything self-hosting-related

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1019955 Something's broken in the self-hosting build stuff right now, it seems. So please modify the top-level CLOBBER file in patches that add self-hosted methods, or modify any of the ancillary files. Until we figure this out, this is on reviewer
