VerifyBlob() has been added recently to QemuKernelLoaderFsDxe, also
QemuKernelLoaderFsDxe has also been added recently to OvmfXen but
without an implementation of VerifyBlob().
Fix this by adding the same runes that has been addde to
OvmfPkgX64.dsc.
