Hello,
I was wondering, does DLR support work this way ?:
a] Outgoing SMS has the DLR flag set and is sent.
b] Telco network sees the DLR flag and once the SMS is dealt with, returns
an 'ack SMS' to the sender. This service is at no extra cost ?
