doubt very much if you are using SMPP into a Sema SMSC

If you
are using 1.0.3, expect more problems than a problem-day parade in Problemville
on the 13th anniversary of the Great Problem.
I
suggest you ...
1) get
kannel 1.1.5
2)
find out exactly what smsc & protocol you are to be
using.
btw.
who's decision is it to end-of-life 1.0.3 ? The web site still
describes 1.0.3 as the latest stable release when it is neither stable nor the
latest.
It's broke beyond repair yet people like poor
Angelo still keep trying to coax it into life.
