GSM 07.07 is the reference for AT commands supported by GSM mobiles. These
are effectively extensions to the Hayes commands to support features of a
mobile phone.
It can be downloaded from

It's asking from the phone whether PIN is required or not.
Maybe your Nokia doesn't support the particular AT command.
