a look at Mantis, editing some bugs, etc., and I'd like to know how should I do
that reporting. For example I found some bugs that are not kannel's fault, but
some caller application fault and things like that.

no. Kannel's architecture is based on C and there are no Java APIs
that may be used to connect to bearerbox ie.
