Hello!
I had some time to look at the code and found out that a comma is
searched after the string +CMT. SonyEricsson GT-47 and obviously also
other models don't send that comma. Fortunately there is a variable in
the smsc configuration that can be used to prevent the searching of the
comma.

attached is a patch that make usage of priority queue and priority flag in
smsc_at smsc_emi. This patch makes it possible to prioritize messages and
to ensure that older messages will be sent first.
