[PATCH] SOAP module for kannel

Changes:
- Allow In smscconn.c the use of smsc_soap_create()
- Fixes segfault when having wrong config parameters
- Spliting definitions into new file <smsc_soap.h>
- Using global value SOAP_DEFAULT_SENDER_STRING as GW_NAME
