Tell me if I am doing the right thing. I will be inserting a code in
static struct emimsg *msg_to_emimsg(Msg *msg, int trn, PrivData
*privdata) section of the smsc_emi.c to append XSer field type 0C aka
the billing identifier to the emi message. Is this the right section to
put it?
