I have two questions regarding to DLR in SMPP.
1. I have no problem in receiving DLR for the messages
I send from ESME (SMPP Client) to the center. The DLR
comes in the form of a 'deliver_sm' message with
certain bits set to '1'. My question is how can I
inform SMSC to the messages I receive?

I want to receive DLR status by my "mobile" when i
send a message to kannel's SMPP interface using the
mobile.
Does Kannel prepare this service or not? What's the
role of SMSC here?
If not, how can this be done?

just to get this right:
you send a SMS from your mobile to a short ID which kannel receives
using SMPP?
in this case you get the delivery report from the SMSC once it
delivers the message to kannel.
Nothing to be done or implemented in kannel for that case.
