Hello. I'm new in this mailing list, so I'm sorry if it already been discussed before. I just want to say that the option -p to define the port is not working on fakesmsc, only the --port is working.

Actually i hadn't realized this until now.
If you download the latest CVS version of kannel you can see that this
has been fixed. And if you started using kannel recently like myself i
recommend that you go with the latest CVS version as there are many
fixes.
The code is changed, now the command -r (that was for randomize) is theoption for port. For randomize, -z is defined instead.
They changed the list of options in table C-1 of the user guide too (http://www.kannel.org/download/1.4.0/userguide-1.4.0/userguide.html#AEN4853
