i am new with kannel.
i have been trying to send wvsettings to a sony ericsson k700 and a nokia 7610.
i am running kannel 1.3.2. i was able to successfully received and
saved gprs settings to these two phones.
i used /sendota?username=xxxpassword=xxxto=xxxtext=URLEncodedXML.
