related [1]. Their common pattern is that they only appear the first
time guake is installed and run (and then again not always).

When we change the fedora-cvs flag to "?" in bugzilla for an approved
package requiring CVS admin attention, does it require manual user
intervention to grant access to the same? Are there any checks done
before granting one? If no, can this be automated?

I recently pushed exempi-2.1.1-1 to F-12/F-13 testing. It's a bugfix
release so no breakage should occur, but since this package is used by 3
relatively high-profile apps (totem, gstreamer, nautilus)...let's try to
play it safe.
