Hi,
It was brought up again recently that we should consider removing
configure artifacts. Last time we talked about it, we got no consensus.
This time I'm letting the code speak for itself.
This fixes the rpm spec file to run autoreconf, adds autotools outputs
to .gitignore, and removes the

Should be the final version of this, with update config handling, fixed

I'm intending to add it to Fedora Rawhide once a side tag has been

This will require rebuilding every OCaml package, which I normally do
using a script, but probably there will be manual rebuilds necessary
