Thanks. The proper incantation actually though seems to be:
%{?selinux_requires}
which contains that. See:

This has been solved for Java versions, for gcc release, for databases, and for
multiple python releases. /etc/alternatives mostly works, compat libraries
work, SCL installs work. Let’s avoid inventing another packaging and naming
scheme for this, we’re only just recovering from “modularity”.

I realise this is not exactly news, but when replacing Ask Fedora, was there a
reason to break all the links on the entire web to existing solutions, rather
than just putting the new system on a different domain? Or, failing that, at
least adding (conditional) redirects and/or links to the "old"

Flat pack should be doing a requires(post): selinux-policy-base
To make sure it is installed before flatpack.

My F31 kickstart install is failing with:
DNF error: Error in POSTIN scriptlet in rpm package flatpak-selinux
This is because flapak-selinux installs a SELinux module in %post:
%post selinux
%selinux_modules_install %{_datadir}/selinux/packages/flatpak.pp.bz2
which sources /etc/selinux/config.

While it is certainly missing some functionality, I would not call it cripled -
it is for example perfectly usable fo
Rpmfusion can't ship blender due to our non-replacement policy, fedora should
consider dropping their crippled package.

Hello,
Is there a policy regarding the inclusion of header files in Python
packages? Should they be moved to a -devel sub package in these cases?
I see that numpy includes them for example:
$ rpmls python3-numpy | grep \\.h
-rw-r--r--
/usr/lib64/python3.7/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy/

I am wondering if it wouldn't make sense to do a scratch build in that
case and proceed with normal FTBS policy [0] if it fails.
I think you are right Martin. Blender has no runtime settings that I am
aware of for codecs.

Hi,
I just updated icu from 63.2 to 65.1 in rawhide. This comes with a soname bump,
but as usual, I've included a compat package providing the old soname to not
break the world while the rebuilds are in progress, so no rawhide breakage is
expected. I'll work on the rebuilds over the weekend.

It includes code over which various people claim to have patents
and RedHat don't want to get sued by the owners of those patents.
This is a common problem with audio and video codecs which often
involve algorithms which are subject to patent claims.
