In pratice, the first package to contain the relicensed module is
perl-Unicode-MapUTF8-1.14-1.fc34 with the license field only being
updated in perl-Unicode-MapUTF8-1.14-2.fc34

Yes, I realized that while going over the changelog to see what I had missed in
1.12.
I've released 1.14-2 which specifies the new license and I'll announce it to
