The packaged Blender now has support for ffpmeg (via ffmpeg-free) needed to use
other codecs.
Some issue may occur due to the difference between ffmpeg-free and upstream
ffmpeg meaning a test is needed before possibly supporting on the
current release i.e. Fedora 36.

Let's list these issues now then as this packaged Blender lacked proper video
editing support compared to upstream. The built is now on Rawhide to give users
a chance to try it out.
