In a few days, I'll start with bumping libjpeg-turbo in rawhide from 2.1.4 to 3.0.2 ( https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libjpeg-turbo/pull-request/2 ). soname bump (0.2.0 to 0.3.0) is just for the turbojpeg consumers, libjpeg so stays the same - API and ABI compatible, it's a drop-in replacement
