of being orphaned, and F41 will almost certainly be released earli

I have orphaned both python-sphinxcontrib-seqdiag and
python-sphinxcontrib-blockdiag. The packages depend on python-seqdiag and
python-blockdiag, respectively, which are already orphan, and they have
been failing to install for quite some time.
