Properly order packages returned by PackageKit so automations executed
on 64bit systems won't sometimes pull 32bit packages due to a lack of
ordering (Jockey).

I think we have all missed the point, this is not about a rolling release for
Fedora, it'a about FUDuntu using this list to gain attention for their project.
