I would add as a benefit that past experiences have taught us that at times,
packages in EPEL may be included in new minor RHEL releases, and would
therefore need to be dropped from EPEL.

/scripts/DSDialogs.pm, at line 69,
which checks for the port to be available without taking into account whether
or not the setup is supposed to continue (even without a port).
