Yes, python3-pyhunspell is only another option of python3-enchant is not
available (for example on FreeBSD that is the case)

It is listed under “Other” in the GNOME "Region & Language" panel input
source selection.

is useful in my opinion.
Using Googles japanese input on Android one can also input emoji nicely.
