Hi, today a new major version 3.0.0 of mariadb-java-client landed in Fedora-Rawhide. This version is not 100% compatible with the previous version 2.7.3, but it should not affect many applications. The reason for such an update is, that we want this version to be present in RHEL-9-beta and according to good packaging manners, it should land in Fedora first. Currently we have Alpha version release but soon (29.7.2021) Beta version will be released and later (24.9.2021) also GA.
