Unretiring mockito on epel7

Hi all, I want to unretire mockito for branch epel7 and take ownership for that branch. It got retired yesterday and I require it for assert-core. It only got retired because the maintainer for that on e branch seems to be no longer interested in mockito. It is a vital package for java
