Can you please run:
rpm -qa | grep abrt
to check if you have installed all the required packages? Or you can try
to install:
$ yum install abrt-desktop
which should pull-

In abrt-gui, click on edit/plugins lists bugzilla under 'not loaded
plugins'.
In /etc/abrt/plugins,
I have Bugzilla.conf:
Enabled = yes
# Bugzilla URL
BugzillaURL = https:
abrt-1.1.13-1.fc13.x86_64
The only choice is 'log', no bugzilla! Why?
