libgps from the gpsd package had another ABI break. The following
packages need to be rebuilt:
collectd
direwolf
foxtrotgps
marble
plasma-workspace
vfrnav
viking
xtide
All packages rebuilt correctly for me locally, except vfrnav which
seems to have some broken dependencies due to new texlive.

I tried to rebuild them locally and it seems only direwolf needs a
patch. It's here:

libgps provided by the gpsd package had another API/ABI break. The
following packages are impacted:
collectd
direwolf
foxtrotgps
marble
plasma-workspace
vfrnav

From those, only vfrnav and foxtrotgps seem to need a patch to build
successfully with the new gpsd. The patches are available her

A new version of gpsd is ready to be build in rawhide. This is a
second attempt. It now bumps the libgps soname. Per repoquery the
following packages have a dependency on libgps and will need a
rebuild:
collectd
direwolf
foxtrotgps
marble
plasma-workspace
qlandkartegt
vfrnav
viking

A new version of gpsd was released. It breaks the ABI and API of
libgps again. If there are no objections, I'll build the package in
the next few days.
The incompatibilities are minor (reordered struct, removed redundant
field) and I don't expect it to affect most of the client
applications. Patch

I'm planning to build gpsd-3.17 in rawhide the next week. It bumps the
soname of libgps. It seems the API was just extended, so I don't
expect any problems with rebuilding the client applications.
If my repoquery command was correct, the following packages will need
to be rebuilt:
