I somehow wound up owning python-sphinx_rtd_theme, I think probably because I was the first person to attempt to do a build that needed it. :-) Anyhow, I am not at all sure that I am competent to be the maintainer. I need some advice. There is a new upstream version available, 0.4.0. I am
