Last I knew, returning from suspend on an XO-1 running F11 left the
keyboard/mouse broken. Is anybody working on that? What can I do to help?

I've been using powerd all along on the XO-1 on those builds where it
was available. Powerd allows me to set the timeouts the way I like them
-- MUCH longer than the ones in ohm's default. Cannot say that any
"negatives" have disturbed me.

The kernel does not properly resume audio. Known, really old bug (#6201).
